General Terms and Conditions of Sale (G.T.C.)

2. Purpose

The purpose of these terms is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of dematerialized products (personalized songs) offered by Sing4You through its website.

3. Products

The products sold are customized musical creations delivered in digital format (MP3). The customer is responsible for providing all necessary information for the completion of the order.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Sing4You reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

5. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions. An order confirmation is sent by email to the customer. Sing4You reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

6. Payment

Payment is made online via the secure means offered on the site. The order is only processed after receipt of full payment.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made by email to the address provided at the time of the order, within 1 to 3 business days.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

9. Alterations

The customer is entitled to one free alteration for any order. Any additional request may be subject to a charge.

10. Refunds

Given the customized nature of the products, refunds are not automatic (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code). However, if the product received does not match the order or contains a manifest error, the customer can contact customer service to review their request. Depending on the case, we may offer a modification, a commercial gesture, or a partial or total refund. Requests must be sent to support@sing4you.io within 7 days following delivery. Processing a refund request may take up to 10 business days.

11. Liability

Sing4You cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage related to the use or inability to use the delivered product.

12. Personal data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

13. Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are subject to the law in force in the consumer's country. In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is that of the consumer's place of residence, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
