Refund and Claim Policy – Customized Digital Products

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or digital products provided immediately, such as our personalized songs sent by email.
However, at Sing4You, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer you a free adjustment if the song received does not meet your expectations.
Refunds
If after receiving the free adjustment, you are still not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days after delivery.

Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis. A goodwill gesture, a complementary adjustment, or a refund may be offered depending on the situation.
Once the request is validated and if accepted, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, using the original payment method.
Exceptions - Non-refundable products
