Delivery times

We deliver your personalized song within a maximum of 1 to 3 business days, subject to complete and valid order information.

In case of high demand (holidays, events), a slight delay of up to 96 hours may occur. In this case, we will keep you informed via email.

Delivery method

📩 100% digital delivery: Your song is sent via email, in MP3 format, ready to be downloaded and shared.

✅ No shipping or physical delivery fees apply.

Reception problem?

If you do not receive your song within the indicated time:
1️⃣ Check your "spam" or "junk mail" folder.
2️⃣ Make sure your email inbox is functioning properly.
3️⃣ Contact our customer service: we will proceed with a new shipment at no cost.

In case of technical issues (unreadable file, broken link, incorrect version), we will resend your song to you free of charge.

Order before 11 PM (Paris time)

Any order placed before 11:00 PM (Paris time) from Monday to Friday is processed on the same day. Orders received after this time are processed on the next business day.
